What Free, Standard and Premium cost, what each one lifts, and how the paid trial works.
Free
No card. 3 files a day, up to 50 MB each, and the first 5 minutes of every file transcribed. 150 MB of storage. You can read, edit, copy and download the preview as TXT.
Standard — $19.99 a month, or $99.99 a year
Whole files transcribed, however long. 20 files a day, up to 2 GB and 5 hours each, 100 GB of storage. Adds speaker labels, the DOCX, PDF, SRT and VTT downloads, and meeting recording. Paying annually works out at about $8.33 a month.
Premium — $29.99 a month, or $139.99 a year
Everything in Standard with no daily limit, files up to 5 GB and 8 hours, 1 TB of storage, and a team workspace of up to 10 seats.
The trial
Both paid plans can start with a 5-day trial at a reduced first charge — $5.99 for Standard, $7.99 for Premium. It is a real charge, not a hold. When the 5 days are up the plan renews at its normal price unless you cancel first, and cancelling during the trial keeps your access to the end of it.
Important
The price you click is the price you are charged. If a checkout screen shows an amount you did not expect, close it and start again from the pricing page rather than paying — then tell us what you saw.
