The only exception is if you purchased a subscription and you meet the following criteria:

  • You have used less than three successive generations
  • You have requested a full refund via email ([email protected]) within 72 hours since you subscribed
  • You are a first time subscriber (i.e. you have not subscribed to any paid product within a trailing twelve month period)

We respect your privacy and security when you use our machine learning service. We delete all models and your personal information after each run. We value your privacy and security when you use our transcription service. We use OpenAI's technology to generate summaries of your transcriptions. We share some of your data with OpenAI for this purpose only. You may disable summaries to avoid sharing data with third parties. We do not share your information for transcription with OpenAI when summary generation is switched off. You can unsubscribe and delete any remaining personal information in your account at any time.
