Finding an invoice
Every payment produces an invoice, and they are all listed under Settings â Billing. Each one downloads as a PDF suitable for expenses. A receipt is also emailed to you at the time of the charge â worth searching your inbox before asking us.
Company details and VAT
Add your company name, address and tax or VAT number in the billing portal before the next charge. Invoices are generated at the moment of payment, so details added afterwards appear on future invoices rather than past ones. If you need an old invoice reissued, contact us and we will sort it out.
Refunds
Subscription fees â paid trials, monthly and annual â are non-refundable, and cancelling mid-period does not refund the remainder. The exception is a technical problem on our side that stopped you using the service: contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. The full wording is in the terms.
Astuce pro
Include the invoice number and the email on the account. It turns a two-day exchange into one reply.
